Building Inspections During COVID-19

To our Clients, Real Estate agents and landlords,

Rapid Building Inspections is continuing to provide inspection services during the COVID-19 restrictions.

You can still book your inspections online or you can call our national concierge service. Our concierge team are currently working remotely. However, we are maintaining our regular working hours of 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week so that we can continue to provide you with an uninterrupted service.

Our full team of building inspectors are working across all locations. They do not attend our offices and have no physical contact with team members.

Our inspections are conducted whilst practicing COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. We ask for the cooperation of all stakeholders with these restrictions, to keep our team, clients, landlords and real estate agents safe. Our inspectors also follow correct hand sanitisation practices before and after each inspection.

Despite the current situation, we are maintaining our commitment to get your report to you within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. Should you have any questions regarding your report please do not hesitate to call the inspector directly to discuss the inspection and report.
