Dilapidation reports in Tasmania are a great idea to complete before any nearby construction or excavation works occur which might affect your building. You can use this report to prove your property was affected by damage or change due to the works.

Reports are carried out by a member of Rapid’s Tasmanian team, which can record the condition of your property without removing any external fittings or finishes. The inspector will make a note of any current damage to your property as well as making you aware of the most likely areas that may be affected. In the report you will have a full record of your building to refer to, including photographs, notes, measurements and diagrams.

In addition, if you think that nearby construction or excavation has impacted your property, you should ask a member of our Tasmanian team to re-inspect your building so the impact can be accurately and professionally recorded.
