The inspection is not a structural integrity inspection. The inspection, and the report issued based on the inspection, is an assessment of the observable structural condition of the property at the time of the inspection only and is not an assessment of structural integrity.
*RBI inspectors carry moisture detection devices, these devices are only deployed where the inspectors identify conducive conditions and further investigation is warranted. **Subject to pre-payment. The 24-hour guarantee applies on completion of the inspection and report sent out during normal business hours.
