DILAPIDATION REPORTS
NEW SOUTH WALES

Dilapidation reports are a record of the condition of your property before major construction or excavation works take place nearby. The report can help you prove that there has been an impact on your property due to the works being carried out.

Reports are completed by a member of our New South Wales team. An inspector will review your property and make note of any current damage as well as the overall condition of the building. You can refer to this report to see what damage or changes have occurred. Your inspector will provide a detailed report which will include all the information you need such as their notes, photographs, diagrams and measurements. The inspector will also let you know which areas of your property are most likely to be impacted so you can monitor them.

If you think there’s been a change to your property during the construction or excavation, you should ask our New South Wales team to conduct a second inspection to accurately and professionally record the full extent of the impact.
