DILAPIDATION REPORTS QUEENSLAND

Dilapidation reports help you to keep track of any impact that local construction or excavation may have on your property. They record the current condition of your property so that you can refer to it after the work has been completed.

In addition, if you believe nearby works have had an impact on your property, you should contact a member of the Rapid Queensland team to re-inspect and document the changes that have occurred.

The reports are prepared by Rapid’s Queensland team, and the inspections can be carried out without removing any fixtures or finishes. The report will list any existing damage at the time of the report as well as the condition of the overall property. It will also highlight areas that are likely to be affected by the works near your property. You will get a copy of the inspector’s notes, photographs, diagrams and measurements.
