Dilapidation reports document the visible condition of a property before any nearby construction or excavation works occur nearby.

The reports are put together by a member of Rapid’s South Australian team. They’ll inspect your property without needing to remove any fittings or finishes. They will document any current structural damage to your property as well as making sure you’re aware of areas most likely to be impacted once the nearby construction or excavation begins. In your report, we will also provide you with all the inspector’s notes, photos, measurements, and diagrams for your records.
