Our experienced inspector will provide a report on the visible structural condition of your property to assist you in making an informed decision about your purchase. Specialised inspector tools will be deployed when required to assist in finding possible defects, ensuring you receive a quality report. The report may include photos and notes of areas that are damaged or a structural risk.
We'll check for visible cracks in the walls as well as the possibility of movement, warping or leaning of key structural elements of your property. We'll also look for visible signs of damage or sagging in the roof structure, the general condition of the property as well as possible moisture issues. Your report will be prepared in accordance with the pre-purchase inspection Standards (AS 4349.1-2007 and AS4349.30-2010) to ensure you receive a quality report.
Please note that this inspection is NOT a structural integrity inspection. The inspection, and report issued based on the inspection, is an assessment of the observable structural condition of the property at the time of the inspection only and not an assessment on the structural integrity of the property.
