Our inspector will report on any visual defects as well as check the property for the visible presence of termites. Specialised, non-invasive inspector tools will be deployed when required to assist in detecting potential pests, safety hazards and defects.

Our inspection reports are produced in an easy-to-understand format and are prepared in accordance with the pre-purchase inspection Standards (AS 4349.1-2007 and AS4349.30-2010). The report will highlight areas of concern as well as safety hazards and defects that may need repair. We may also provide photos showing the location of any visually identified safety hazards and defects found throughout the inspection.
