The inspector will check for possible signs of moisture, visual signs of timber pests, conducive conditions for timber pests as well as cracks and other possible defects.
Interior

If the roof or loft area is accessible and safe as defined by the Australian Standards, then the inspector will be able to thoroughly check these areas.
Our Rapid Building Inspections consultant will contact you to confirm the details of your property and to establish a booking time for your inspection. The inspector will then arrive at the property at the designated booking day/time to undertake the inspection.
